of course that is here in upstate NY,I'm sure others are enjoying some February snow fall.
I sit here and enjoy the show from the window ...lol

I've had many questions as to how I care for my tarot cards to keep them in their best condition ,longer.
It is very important to always keep your cards in a pouch and a box to protect them ,always treat your cards as a part of you and you always give yourself the best care don't you .

As you can see ,it is most important to cover your reading space with a cloth, one that you have bought,or a special one that you have made .
Mine is hand made by me ! I have chosen a fabric that  I felt drawn to and that represents what I feel and what I believe. It is important to me to keep everything that has to do with my readings  very natural and organic as possible. You always go with your gut on your your choice of table covering . I don't believe there is a standard piece you need to use.
The same as with your pouch,many believe it should be black satin,but again go with what you feel is best for you,remember your cards are a part of you go with what  is the right choice for you,always trust your inner voice !
So you can see I store my cards in a pouch and a box as well this helps to protect the edges,that is most important . Once you have damage it is hard to repair.

Tip:
I find after shuffling ,don't bang the deck on the table,it is better to tap them on your flattened palm ,again saving your edges.

Good Morning ! thought we could start the day with some beauty! If your in my area then the promise of spring is something we need to boost our spirit,after that two day snow storm!
I spent my weekend snuggled down and waiting for it to pass. After all is said and done we ended up with 12 inches more in the North country,be safe friends  ! WOOHOO ! lucky us...lol
Just another day in Upstate NY. we will make it through.

I also spent time helping some nice folks with readings. I always enjoy helping out when I can,the joy you see by just a quick reading is incredible. You can see by this reading I used different cards ,these are one of my favorite desks.

 Just so beautiful,and well made ,these cards are a bit larger but I don't mind  that at all,and I love that they are made from a heavier card stock,that will make them last longer for sure .
The art work is incredible,the bring a sense of true beauty to each reading.
I think this is a great desk for someone who is just starting out in readings as well,each card has a helpful hint on the bottom that will guide you in what the card means ,then you can let your insight take over .That little bit of help sure made my first reading smoother giving me more confidence in my reading and helping others.

Monday again ,hope everyone had a great weekend filled with joy.
The Rave all this morning  is the Superbowl ! As for me I don't watch,but I hope you all enjoyed !
Heard it was one hell of a game,and the half time show was awesome , WootWoot!!

Well it's that time, Quick reading Monday ,the requests I received were quick questions so I used a three card spread ,straight to the point as it were.
